As I mentioned a week ago here, we’ll be having an optional (but I am sure informative and interesting and useful) face to face gathering in the Halle Library at 7 pm in room G11. We’ll be meeting with librarian and all around good guy Keith Stanger, who will show us around (we usually get to see the book storage/retrieval system behind the check-out desk!) and give some help on how to find stuff, both in the building and electronically.
Also, I’ll be having office hours on Thursday (tomorrow) instead of my usual Friday this week. I’ll be in from about 11 am to about 4 pm; stop by if you’re around, especially if we have yet to meet face to face!
Hi! everyone: I have caught something awful and think I am still contagious. Thank goodness I have today off from work.
I will not attend the meeting tonight. I think I really need to meet with some of the reference librarians there, Suzanne Gray and Julia Nims, but I’ll arrange that on my own time. Have fun!
