Greetings from Gulf Coast Alabama, where it’s been nice seeing my parents and such, but where it is also pretty dang cold.
Anyway, here’s a short video where I offer some overall thoughts on your project proposals– and I did already comment on each of your individual blogs on your proposals.
I don’t say anything about this in the movie, but I’d like to encourage you all to look at each others’ proposals, too. Besides just offering support and advice to your classmates, I think you can learn a lot about your own research and proposal by reading the work of others.

Thanks for the information–and for making us feel not so bad about the cold up here. I think this really clarifies some points for me. I was having a hard time with the research and now I feel that, though it is still hanging over me, I can take a breath!
